Don Billion takes side with Nigeria and Burna Boy

Don Billion is a genre bending artist from Atlanta who isn’t afraid to speak his truths. He recently had a discussion with (hip hop since 1987) about the black culture not being represented enough in mass media and agrees that the black community is unappreciated for JTS contributions. This discussion came about due to Nigeria’s recent ban on white models and controversy around (Jack Harlow) winning an award at the BET awards.

Don Billion had this to say “too many men and women represented by mass media are white” .He stated he agrees with Nigeria’s ban and believes it will help more underrepresented people of color have better opportunities. Burna Boy recently went viral by throwing shade at Jack Harlow and even Punch who is a member of TDE stated that “race is affecting the music industry and mass media”. Some like lil Uzi Vert don’t believe there’s any white privilege occurring these days. many others including Don Billion feel different.
